晚上在衞生間和房間一共打死兩衹蟑螂，還有一衹逃走了，害得我們一個晚上沒睡着，還是第一次在賓館看到有蟑螂，立馬提前退房了，本來愉快的心情被搞壞。酒店也沒有拿出誠心的處理態度，希望這家全季酒店要引起重視，你們代表的是武漢的形象，對於我們外來的遊客，賓館的形象直接影響我們對這次出遊的印象。再説一下酒店周邊的環境，旁邊是天然氣公司，外面在修路，打車不是很方便，確實非常影響入住的體驗感！
