The Air Conditioner is still broken.Staff said it was fixed but room was still too hot on hot days. Even the foyer was hot.

The room is spacious, with a large French window with a great view, a quiet corridor, good hygiene, complete facilities, and comfortable beds. The front desk is warm and polite, and basically all the staff I met are very polite. The breakfast is rich, there are above-ground and underground parking lots, and security personnel are there to assist in arranging in and out of the parking lot.

I went to Mulan Tianchi during the May Day holiday and stayed at Huangpi Square Zongheng. I felt that the hotel service was very warm, meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel conditions were good.
