A few thoughts: 1. It was raining heavily, and there was a pipe outside the room that drained water from the roof. The sound was obvious, and there was a sound like a heavy object falling from time to time, which made the room very noisy; 2. The linens were a bit old and unthreaded, and the towels had small yellow spots when they were not used; 3. The paper towels in the room were not full, and they were empty before they were used; 4. I consulted the front desk at 9pm and needed two bottles of water and some free cookies from the lobby. The water was delivered, and the cookies were promised to be brought later, but they were gone; 5. During breakfast, I didn't eat much because I was not very hungry, but I wanted to pack some food to eat when I was hungry, but was ignored by two on-site staff; 6. The breakfast ingredients are not rich enough, the overall quality of the service staff is not too high, and their awareness and work response need to be improved; 7. The hygiene of the food delivery robot box is not good.

The hotel's service is impeccable. The staff always have a sincere smile, and their enthusiasm and professionalism make me feel the warmth of home. Whether it is the efficient and fast check-in or the timely help when I encounter problems, it makes me like this hotel more. The breakfast is rich and varied, with good color, aroma and taste. Sitting in the restaurant, admiring the beautiful scenery outside the window through the bright windows, and enjoying the pleasure brought by the food, this is undoubtedly the best time of the day.

The hotel service is super good, the breakfast is very rich, and it takes 10 minutes by taxi to the big shopping mall. The bed is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good. I recommend the Yangtze River view room. I also found that there is a laundry room, which is suitable for business trips for several days. There is also free popcorn and water
