Front office staff are friendly and helpful. They help me to arrange transport for us to go train station early morning. Location is close to Wu Chang old streets and good place to experience local food. It is close to local breakfast place within free streets away. Room is spacious and cosy.

Advantages: 1. Very close to Yellow Crane Tower and Liangdao Street. If you go to the Yellow Crane Tower, it is still worth it.
2. There is water on every floor and you can get it if you need it.
3. The hotel is an old one and not as new as the main picture shows, but the hygiene is OK.
Disadvantages: 1. It is very close to the railway line. You can still hear it even with the windows closed. Even if you are not a light sleeper, you can still hear it. There is nothing we can do about it when we arrive at the hotel and are told that a train is passing by. Couldn’t they have told us in advance?
2. The front desk customer service is average. I brought my elders with me and they said they were going on a personal trip three times. They were still looking for information in the meeting roster. It took more than 20 minutes to check in three rooms.

I stayed here with my kids. I arrived at 2pm and the room was not cleaned yet. The room is close to the railway track and you can hear noises at night. People with poor sleep should be careful. From 10pm to 12am, there were knocks and loud talking next door. I called the front desk, but after communicating with them, the noises were still too loud and I couldn't sleep. The sanitary conditions are also average, and there are leaves on the floor of the room. The good thing is that the front desk lady was very nice when checking out.
