Nihao Hotel Wuhan Hankou Riverside Reviews

The hotel's location is perfect. But the hotel is rather sad. There seems to be some upgrading done but not the main lobby and walkway carpet. The carpet is so dirty, old and musty. The room's cleanliness is acceptable but a little musty smell when the Air-conditioning is off. It smells the worst when you just return to the room. The receptionists boys are just unacceptable. They have no idea what customer services are. To the point of rudeness. The cleaner aunties are really nice..Should have put them on the reception. The boys (either re-training must be done or time for replacement). One small positive - the air conditioning is really cold and it's perfect for Summer.

+Good Area +Helpful Staff +Good breakfast (Not many western food although) -Only negative point is that room was full of mold, every wall in the bedroom was heavily molded. Im not sure if staying in a room like this is a potentional health hazard.

Stayed here for a few nights on a visit to Wuhan , found it very easy and nice been a foreigner it can be hard to navigate some hotels but this was great . Ladies in the breakfast room each morning where very kind and helpful, Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Wuhan , 谢谢你

Located right on the Yangtze River, it is convenient for morning and evening walks. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the rooms can be a little small. The robot in the hotel is cute.

Small but clean with nice amenities and the location could not have been any better, especially for the excellent price!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

the location is great. on Fri, sat n Sunday, there is a market along the front of the hotel. the hotel is near to the river bank and museums. even though the room is small, the location and price is unbeatable

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The experience was just as great as the first time. The rooms are all very clean, the linnens and towels are fresh and clean as well. The rooms are well designed with modern amenities. While they many not have many things inside of them besides the basics, everything works well and there is plenty of things to do around the hotel. The hotel also has a coffee machine with free coffee and a small snack area. There is a basic breakfast available and night snacks in the evening. They even have a small robot that will bring delirveries to your room. The staff is very nice and they put in extra effort to make sure your stay is comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want a pleasant stay at an affordable price!
