硬件設施方面：整體房間佈局不錯，大概90平左右，有一大一小兩個卧室，陽台陽光很足，有廚房和衞生間，客廳，也有冰箱和洗衣機。
房東服務方面：非常及時，友好，提前告知辦理入住手續，退房也很方便。
需要優化提升的方面：大卧室裏麪燈的開關接觸不良，關燈的時候，容易看到有短暫的閃光；洗衣液存量太少，不夠用。

房間很大，床和梳化都挺舒服，有廚房可以煮東西，還有陽台曬衣服，美中不足就是浴室去水極度慢，出行也方便，附近有很多超市和吃的

終於等到回家忙完來好好寫評價啦～ 衹能説超出預期！！！房東熱心負責有禮貌！體驗感95% 還有5%因為有點恐高嘿嘿…小區環境非常好，進小區左手邊就是所住的單元，上下樓買東西很便利，“家”裏屬於比較新的，乾淨清爽 活動區域很大 帶了小朋友非常合適，屋內一應俱全，就和家一樣，體驗感很好。一個家庭四個人住完全沒有問題 實際上我們是三個大人帶一個小朋友。因為自己開車不存在交通不便利，如果是坐地鐵還是有一點點遠，其他都很完美。商務酒店大床房想要環境稍微好一點的都在350左右一晚，兩間房兩晚就要一千多，這個套房可以説是非常香了，感謝房東！渡過了愉快的兩天。

位置很方便，我們主要遛娃，帶去逛園博園、逛商場都很方便，房間和圖片一致，挺乾淨的，去的時候遇到了房東爸爸，人很可愛健談。總體很推薦，帶娃還是住民宿比酒店好，小朋友的東西實在太多了～
