前台服務態度很熱情 有什麼問題都積極的幫我解答了 半夜讓送東西也很熱情 剛説完一會就送過來了 房間也不錯 很好 礦泉水還可以無限拿哈哈哈 都不用在外面買了 停車也免費 停車場還蠻大 有洗衣機和烘乾機👍🏼 早餐也好吃 種類蠻多 阿姨也很熱情哈哈哈哈 還怕我們不夠吃 加的多多的肉😍 光沖這服務態度 來就值了

先説一下服務，酒店前台一位男士有問必答，並且是跟專業熱情的服務，進門就已經給酒店加分了。
然後在網上也看到酒店一些設施上的差評，來的時候也挺忐忑但是到了房間確實沒有失望。酒店的設施都是相當乾淨整潔的，説實話是超出預期了。
酒店內有相當大的停車場，停車場內設定有充電樁，開車的朋友很方便。
酒店前台設定有水果，餅乾，飲料，水，很多酒店就是一個房間兩瓶水，我們喝水比較多，我媳婦還説要買點水，然後我就試試問了前台，他家好像是沒有限制兩瓶，這個還是很大氣的。
我們武漢附近的，平常喜歡帶着孩子去武漢玩。這麼多次這家店是最滿意的，以後來武漢會首選他家，再次對前台男士的服務表達感謝！

酒店裝修很好很新，大廳有一些好吃的零食和水果，房間明亮整潔帶大窗户，礦泉水不限量喝，工作人員服務熱情周到，很暖心！小孩刷牙不小心把杯子摔破了，酒店工作人員沒有責怪要賠償還安慰我們，真的很感動，以後還會繼續選擇到這裏入住！
