老式酒店，正在逐步翻新中，房間面積夠大，設施還算完善，地理位置好，從房間能看到江景，停車方便，周邊交通也便利。

酒店位置不錯，停車方便。
不足之處：向酒店要兩個袋子，服務員居然拿來兩個從其他退房客人處拿來的用過的袋子，讓我無語了。

房間空調太冷 找人調節後半夜又凍醒了 ，從櫃子裏翻出個被子 壓上了

好評都是刷出來的，差評才是真心話，大家看差評，前台服務態度超極差，出差公司訂了房間，因為有家屬我們自己另外重新開了一間房，就是進去放了個行旅，二小時後同事請假來不了，因為帶了小孩，我們要求按網價鐘點房退掉一間房，酒店死活不同意，非得讓我們一家三口住兩間房，攜程跟酒店溝通三次都沒有結果，可想而知這酒店根本就沒人住，窮到進來一個客户宰一個客户..這種服務誰還敢來？

服務態度很爛，房間沒水了打電話讓送兩瓶水還***💊3元每瓶，問好久退房，我們的另外一個房間是2點，一個房間是12點，服務員很勉強的答應説延長到13:00，問個路態度很差，下次來武漢堅決不住這裏了，*！**不是差那幾塊的礦泉水錢！
