這是這麼多年住的最差的酒店了，前台服務極其差勁，到酒店晚上下雨了，打電話告訴我們沒有辦法給我們找把雨傘，請問哪個酒店沒有備用一把雨傘？磨蹭了好久終於告訴我們有雨傘了，停車場又在另外一邊，衹能讓我淋雨入住了，關鍵入住後廁所裏面的手紙竟然也沒有，還是上一個人快用完了的，打電話問前台，前台告訴我們一會兒送，結果硬是半小時沒人送紙，窗户跟根本關不上，因為緊鄰着三環線，一晚上都是車來車往的噪聲，硬是一晚上沒睡着，櫃子也很臟，打開門櫃一看裏面黑黑的，不知道是什麼垃圾留下的痕跡。早餐也是簡單的出奇，唯一的暖心之處是早餐檔口的阿姨很熱情，給現煎雞蛋，除了這個阿姨，其他全是差評！！！

設施：酒店時間應該很久了，都比較老舊，維護的也不怎麼樣。
衞生：明顯馬桶衞生沒做，一打開一個大煙頭在裡頭！
環境：附近沒什麼，就一個園博園！
服務：停車沒人管，想了半天辦法才停好，前台忘記給餐券了，我又去找她要，送外賣過來，她讓別人走左邊的，結果上不去，等了半天。
早餐簡陋，目光所及就是全部！

酒店還是可以的，帶我們看房間的重慶小姑娘介紹房間也很到位，很熱情根據我們的需求給我們講這個酒店的佈置，隔音確實還需要加加油不過前台有耳塞，可能也是這個原因，衞生也還可以，酒店淡季的情況下我覺得這個酒店入住率還是蠻高，房間就感覺很乾凈。

酒店的設計風格很有特色，大門的設計很古韻，酒店大廳也是，前台的小姐姐小玉服務也是錦上添花，工服就是馬面裙，很好看，房間也很乾凈，體驗了一下落地窗帶陽台的房間，還不錯的
