It is best hotel in Wuhan. Superior service and attention to all requests. We all enjoy stay in this hotel. My kid liked massage chair very much. Nice swimming pool and great staff on executive lounge. Special warm thanks to Alice and Katya.

Good location. The lobby is very beautiful with the art on the wall. The staff here is very friendly and always there to help. Room is clean and it’s spacious room.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and found it a wonderful choice for business trips. There were plenty of things to do after 6pm. There is a shopping street nearby with a lot of restaurants, so I walked there every night.
Hotel itself was also exceptionally comfortable. I have to admire the massage armchair very much.

Reviews given by others on the their breakfast were fantastic but to me it seems overrated.
Fruits choices -very normal where any hotels are offering. Nothing special or not any seasonal fruits . Pastry section selections quite limited choices.
Main courses offered were nothing spectacular.

The environment and decoration of this hotel is luxury. The location is so perfect. Its very near with the shopping street. The service is so great here. Especially the service of vivian butler! She helped for birthday decoration and birthday cake. It was very impressive and cute! We had the best experience from here.

Faced abit of hiccups when my room key can’t work after I check in. It happened twice even when they came up with a new key. Hence I went down to the lobby to ask for a change of room. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a suite for free. It was in good location as it is next to the wuhan show and across the ChuHan shopping street.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
