太貼心了，配備防噪音耳塞。空調噪音太大了，住了一晚實在是頂不住。然後換酒店了。浴室沒有掛衣架，也太小了。另外進客房好大一股煙味。

住過最差的麗楓
1、前台完全沒有服務體驗可言，沒有一次性杯子；
2、室內豬肝紅元素，設施老舊
3、周邊沒有任何配套可言，灰大
4、一晚上關窗外面車輛駛過的聲音也很大，所以酒店準備了耳塞，不可思議的麗楓體驗。

早餐太差了！！！！碗是塑料碗 就十樣左右吃的
房間還有小卡片
為什麼送隔音耳塞呢，外面都是大車晚上一直跑，凌晨兩點都能把人吵醒 房間隔音也很差，門口有人説話聽得清清楚楚
衞生間淋浴間都很小，有冰箱但是不製冷，不推薦，不值得這個價，地方很偏沒有地鐵，離商場，玩的地方都不近，旁邊便利店都沒

隔音效果欠佳，房間不大，衞生間做了三分離，還是不錯，就是馬桶間略窄。但是床周沒有感應燈帶，窗簾也不是電動的，這兩樣在以前在東莞城區住的同名酒店是都有的，關鍵是價格還低一點。當然這些影響不大，還可以接受，酒店的服務跟早餐簡直一言難盡，種類少得可憐，除了下圖中的，就剩下燒賣跟饅頭（可能也有包子），代餐也衹有一種麪包，是我吃過最寒磣的酒店早餐，沒有之一。關鍵餐廳的工作人員，態度還極差，在她身上沒有看到任何服務意識，總共跟我們説了兩句話，一句是説就餐人員名單上沒有我們（還是我們提醒她找前台問就知道了），還有一句就是極不耐煩還帶責備語氣的“你在找什麼呀？”，不説面帶微笑和提供幫助，連句你好沒有。以前對這家連鎖酒店的好感在這敗得一乾二淨，大家慎選！
