Would rate them higher if they did not suddenly tell all their customers to leave because of some kind of work.
They gave no real explanation and expected you to leave when you had paid for days . All they said was ask Ctrip for refund.
Absolutely shocking behaviour.
How can a hotel literally make their customers leave in the middle of a pandemic and lockdowns?!
Would not recommend at all.
They might tell you to leave in the middle of the night.

There is a subway station right at the door. The front desk also recommended a nearby snack street. It was raining when we arrived that night, and the front desk was equipped with umbrellas, which was very considerate.
