Hotel front desk is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel room has a few problems. Some days there's no hot water in the bathroom. The room's windows are also not well insulated. When the rain gets heavy the sound of the pouring rains keep you awake.

酒店離地鐵很近，方便出行，房間整體乾淨整潔，視野開闊，前台服務比較温馨，幫忙解決客人疑問，第一次來武漢，整體感覺良好。

在省博附近，帶孩子出行非常方便，到楚河漢街地鐵兩站路，去博物館打車十分鐘，酒店的新中式裝修風格看起來很舒適，房間比較大，衞生間都做了三個功能分區，燈光控制都是一鍵式的，很方便，值得推薦！

1.因為空調問題，從下午一直折騰到晚上才解決。第1次感覺房間空調有問題，不製冷，聯繫前台，前台反饋説是因為還沒有到時間，因為酒店空調是中央空調。後來發現空調是不出風，房間由於不是靠窗的，因此很悶。由於家人懷孕中，不舒服。和前台溝通後，後面溝通服務員拿了一個小電扇改善了一下。但小電扇風力不大，到晚上很不舒服，家人要求前台換房間，前台安排人員，在電話溝通工程部的人之後，最終在衣架上方的櫃子中調整之後，才出風。
2.由於住了2晚，第2天出門回來後，發現床上床單沒有進行整理。近600一晚的酒店居然沒有整理床單，會有點失望。
3.其他服務上也沒有相關特色。覺得還是全季、桔子酒店更規範舒服。
4.唯一好處，酒店出門即是地鐵口，出遊很方便。其他沒有了。

酒店位置不錯，出了大門就是地鐵，交通極其方便。早餐有熱乾麪，美味。就是硬件設施有待改進。房間控制面板是靈活的，具體請見照片。冷熱空調都不能正常使用，需要前台人工操作，為此一天打了好幾個電話，很對不起前台人員。
