I used the room upgrade benefit provided by Ctrip, and was told by the front desk that I had booked the highest-end room type and could no longer enjoy the service.

The bathroom is really hard to describe.
There was soot in the middle of the bathroom and in the corner of the toilet door! What is this for? A welcome gift?
Then, I don’t know if the floor drain has been cleaned, but it is wet and contains hair from the previous guest!

不錯的，酒店從開業，就在這裏住了，好幾年了，經常在這兒住！住了三晚，但是第一晚的時候就看到，攜程就比某團貴8塊，雖然三天一共衹相差了二十來塊，但是攜程這種行為，還是有點兒不好的！相差不多，想着用攜程習慣了，就沒換下單平台！

紙巾盒，電話都有灰，其他地方也可想而知了，沒有涼拖，沒有一次性馬桶墊，洗臉池旁沒有插座用吹風機，床頭衹有一個充電器，房間很小，提前一天預訂的房間説要居中，不要角落房，最後過來是角落到處第二間，如果説因為我9點來晚了，那我提前付費預約並且備註的意義在哪？反正不會再來，不知道高分哪來的，特意繞遠路過來住，
