房間寬敞，住起來還算舒服……一開始的房間有很大的煙味,要求更換，樓下就爽快的給換了一個，新房間也有味道,但是是能接受的程度……洗澡水供應正常……武漢天氣這麼熱，沖澡的舒適感是必須的……周圍有超市和共享自行車，距離體育中心比較近

設施都挺好的，東西挺齊全，每天有兩瓶免費的瓶裝水，立頓茶包，一包咖啡。衞生間竟然還給配洗衣液。衞生也好，每天打掃。周邊環境算安靜吧，至少晚上不錯。白天想休息就夠嗆了，周邊在裝修蓋房子，多少吵一些。服務不錯，服務質量可以説五星級的。早餐也還好，熱乾麪服務員幫忙煮，真的好吃。
住的這兩天説真的，周邊住宿價格都高，來這是看全國跳水冠軍賽的，又趕上女足亞冠賽。就選了這個地方。

在一個公寓和高端樓盤的中間，旁邊有個比較大的醫院，樓下有快餐和小食雜店，離地鐵走路八分鐘，地鐵到國博四站，還算比較合理。房間佈局小而精，住的很舒服，展會期間也沒有瘋狂漲價，服務很好。

帶家人到協和車谷院區就醫時入住了這家距離醫院很近的酒店。整體來説住宿體驗尚可：客房環境整潔，女性前台服務態度親切。但必須特別指出的是，某位男性前台工作人員的服務質量令人失望。在諮詢因出院時間不確定而需要調整退房時間的問題時，該員工全程表現出明顯的冷漠態度，對客人的合理詢問顯得極不耐煩，未能提供有效的解決方案。這種服務態度與酒店應有的專業水準相去甚遠，建議酒店管理層加強對服務人員的職業培訓，特別是客户溝通方面的專業指導。

如果不是在醫院旁邊，不會入住。客房保潔阿姨挺好的。
1.噪音大，空調外機像摩託一樣響，關了窗，自己房間空調不開，也還是有很大聲音，共振的聲音，一直在頭頂嗡嗡響。小哥挺好的很快來看，説確實是有聲音，給看了隔壁説給換房，聲音稍微小一些，晚上懶得換了。説是都其他房間也會有這種聲音。 窗外是個幾棟樓一直施工，白天一直很吵。
2.前台短髮黑衣服中年女士，説有小童拖鞋，幾層樓的距離送了幾天？從頭到尾沒看到。不如不説。入住時問可不可以先看房，問了幾遍，冷漠迴應，我説你忙給卡我自己去看，才有迴應。
前台工作銜接非常不到位。已提前幾天告知前台，本人預計住到12號退房，後邊訂單是別人定的，查一下確定一下，刷一下卡。 當時沒説，前台看了之後直接給刷了續住房卡。結果中午正在忙打電話讓回去換房，説當天訂單房型不一樣。好，我的問題，馬上回去換了。看了房間沒區別，但是要我搬的房間根本還沒有打掃！大中午40度高温，看到就鬧心。
問前台兩個房間差價，説要補20元或者取消前台付。結果一看價格。我之前付208元（她所謂的的價格高的房），要我換的所謂的便宜房間付款是209元。説我本來住的貴的，要換的便宜，不想換補她20元？一會説網上有差價，所以要給前台付20，實際（網上當天差價9-14元。）一會又按網上差價補的話，要取消前台付，説網上漲價了，讓我看網上價格，我訂單是當天下的嗎？你現在漲價了關我前幾天訂單什麼事情，你覺得便宜了不要開網站售賣，你衹做線下好了。
前台説話顛三倒四，邏輯混亂，自己都圓不了自己的話。大中午臨時讓換房，回來了是臟房，一會又説給經理申請過了免費升級不換了，我説不需要，搞快打掃，定什麼住什麼，可真是好大的升級帽子蓋給我了呢。負一元的差價，升級的真妙啊。 自己説前台是這樣的工作比較固化，不打擾了讓我休息，一講事實，就讓我停下聽她講。這位短髮女士可真是工作能力一流，辛苦你了啊，大熱天那麼努力找領導給我爭取“升級房間”。
