位置很好，交通方便。酒店服務也很好，大堂很熱心，給我免費升級了房間，還贈送了早餐，這點很滿意。酒店裡的設施比較陳舊。入住的時候地毯上還是上個客人留下的粉絲，估計顏色和地毯相近，就沒打掃到。哎，這個位置，這個價格，還是不錯了。不過，今天去西安住的鐘樓的維也納，實話實説，乾淨，設施比武漢這家好得不知多少了，這麼核心的位置居然比武漢的還便宜…

首先還是要誇一下這家酒店，因為我們來武漢玩，晚上出發早上到的，七點多也可以辦理入住，這點很不錯，然後就是離地鐵口挺近的，交通方便，其次就是衞生方面，阿姨續住打掃好敷衍，地毯上還有垃圾袋掉落的小吃都沒掃，桌子上小垃圾紙袋也沒有扔掉，再就是第一天晚上入住熱水幾乎沒有，打電話問説是要放久點就好了，並沒有，冷水澡洗的凍死了，第二天温度恢復正常了。還有一點就是房間裏下水管就像是外漏的一樣，樓上有人用水洗澡房間就像是我們在用水一樣，嘩啦啦的，睡眠不好的人不行。設施設備確實是老舊了點，床頭充電插口都充不了電，五一期間價格也漲了不少，希望下次入住會有更好體驗！

自駕到武漢，走一段機場專用高速，上下福銀很方便。停車場就在酒店門口的人行道上，入口在長江日報路的菱角湖路口處，有收費員引導。離店時，記得問酒店前台要免費停車卡。出酒店左手30米就是3號地鐵站，出行很方便。周圍吃飯也很OK，特別推薦約定時尚中餐廳、四季美湯包、銱邀沙鍋和蟹後，距離近，味道不錯。酒店雖有些老，但維也納的品牌值得支持，早餐闊以哦！
