整體來説還是不錯的，兩個大人加一個小寶寶一起住的，地方很安靜，雖然地段一般，但是比市中心安靜很多，舒適，以後去的話可能還會再定

位置好找，交通方便，前台服務人員很熱情，入住後還有禮品贈送，早餐豐富，有熱乾麪，餐廳阿姨非常熱情給我煮了一碗熱乾麪，味道槓槓的，特別是那個酸豆角，辣椒油好好吃，阿姨説是她自己醃製熬製的，超讚👍，房間很大，乾淨整潔，設施很新配備齊全，有現代風格，網絡好，窗外風景好。房間背景好喜歡，很有特色。性價比高，下次來武漢還住它家。

停車很方便，酒店旁邊就是停車場，早餐也很好吃，品種很多，特別是涼菜很入味！！房間衞生也很乾凈很整潔，前台的服務也很到位，總體來説這個酒店給了我一個很不錯的體驗！！！下次出差還會優先選擇這家酒店！

夜班那個男孩子服務態度極差，別的酒店人臉識別都是自願，強制讓我識別，而且，還很輕蔑地説，住哪個酒店不需要人臉識別？房卡刷不了電梯，跟他説，有問題，他確認了一遍説沒問題，後來跟着別人上了電梯發現門刷不開。又下去刷一次。大半夜的，真的很氣憤。衞生間還有一些頭髮，其他還行！

因為孩子考試，誤訂了另一家酒店，本來打算那酒店房間費退不了的，後來又發現這家城市便捷酒店就在考場隔壁，當天入住的時候，前台的三位小哥哥非常熱情，還幫我手機上操作取消誤訂酒店的訂單。減少了我不必要的損失。酒店知道當天入住的都是考生，特意把早餐時間提前一小時，讓考生們在考試前吃上早餐。真的是很用心的一家酒店

這個房間乾淨程度一般，而且洗手盆明顯發黴，浴巾也是破的，破了一個洞，洗衣房洗衣機還有一個是壞的，最不好的是前台服務….家裡是出事兒了嘛，沒有一張好臉，弄點東西愛答不理，開個發票都不耐煩的要死，醉了，從來不會評價酒店，這次被噁心到了。前台服務堪憂，太差勁了👎。
