床非常大，睡着比較舒服，房間衞生環境也還可以，晚上也比較安靜，就是空調好像不制熱，出來的一直是冷風。還有就是使用了免費升房權益，前台也沒有主動告知是否給升級了

接了團購沒打招呼，不給續，還不給線下開發票
酒店內飾老舊，花灑不得勁還這個價格，早餐廣告打那麼好，結果規格不如200左右的酒店含早還收那麼貴，如果不是來漢口這邊開會，不會選擇

酒店就在漢口火車站北廣場旁邊，乘坐火車不要太便利，其次酒店樓下就是便利店，去各個旅遊景點衹需到漢口火車站坐地鐵2號線就可以，不管是直達還是轉乘都特別方便，大堂副理Eyrie服務也很好。

整體來説馬馬虎虎，真實酒店比圖片差點意思
設施：是看起來還不錯，但用起來一般般，都是一些雜牌，比較老舊
而且房間的施工還是能看出來，不是那麼精緻，膠水老化等等 跟星級酒店還有不小的差距
不過兩百多一晚的價格，還要啥自行車，性價比很高

很難評。去武漢總共6天，在別家住了4天，在這家酒店住一天，僅僅一天，體驗感非常不好。最差勁的酒店，各方面設施都不行，是真的很不行。
一、服務態度很不好，愛理不理的樣子。整個環境太臟了，真的不乾淨，桌子上放的傳單和酒店介紹都是爛的。
二、想要雙拖鞋，給前台打電話，找了一大圈，找不到電話，結果在馬桶邊上找到，很不理解，且沒通電，衹是擺設，不能用。
三、雖然有浴缸，沒有熱水，怎麼擰都是冷水，淋浴頭是兩個，也是一言難盡，大的是一股水，能打**，小的花灑水是無花四濺。
四、地板臟的，地毯上也是污漬。屋子裡很潮，廁所反臭味，一進門，就是廁所臭味。
五、燈光很暗，黑乎乎的，電視機非常小，有個電子秤還是壞的，還不如沒有。
早飯是有，但很一般，可以接受。
就是環境，真的是臟和差。

酒店位置雖處於漢口火車站附近，圖上距離顯示步行約十分鐘左右即可到達，其實並不太準確，因為附近在修路🚧繞了半天最後打車🚗到酒店。🤣
酒店設施還算不錯，但是空調設備噪音太大，會影響晚上睡眠質量。建議維修🧰一下。
連續入住兩天，第二天衹是簡單的清掃，衞生間🚻的垃圾🗑️並未清理🧹。被罩發現有漏洞，着實有點失望，畢竟是四星級酒店呢。
酒店工作人員服務態度很好，酒店晚上走廊內安靜🤫。
