It was a good hotel! However, they didn’t have anyone on staff who could communicate in English. The day after I checked in, they asked me for my passport again. I said why do you need it when the receptionist already took a copy of my passport page and checked me in? After a bit of time, they said they didn’t need it.
Best to double check all the information is correct during the check in time. Please don’t waste people’s time.

It's hard to comment. I went to Wuhan for a total of 6 days, stayed in other hotels for 4 days, and stayed in this hotel for one day. Just one day, the experience was very bad. The worst hotel, all facilities are not good, really bad.
1. The service attitude is very bad, and the look of indifference. The whole environment is too dirty, really not clean, the flyers and hotel introductions on the table are all rotten.
2. I want a pair of slippers, call the front desk, look around for a long time, can't find the phone, and finally found it next to the toilet, I don't understand, and there is no electricity, just a decoration, can't be used.
3. Although there is a bathtub, there is no hot water, no matter how you twist it, it is cold water, there are two shower heads, it's hard to say, the big one is a stream of water, can spray **, the small shower water is no flower splashing.
4. The floor is dirty, and there are stains on the carpet. The room is very damp, the toilet smells bad, and the toilet smells as soon as you enter the door.
5. The lighting is very dim, dark, the TV is very small, and there is an electronic scale that is still broken, it's better not to have it.
There is breakfast, but it's very average, acceptable.
The environment is really dirty and bad.
