前台服務人員很專業、熱心。及時幫我們將客房從內窗調到了外窗。酒店早餐有現下的熱乾麪。 離户部巷和糧道街很近，吃東西很方便。酒店位置很好工作人員有禮貌， 有問必答，此地是來武漢旅遊的理想選擇。這次來武漢遊玩，入住這家酒店真的是太棒了。在黃鶴樓邊，酒店出門左轉步行10分鐘內可以到達，很熱鬧，酒店觀景台也可以看得到黃鶴樓，晚上打卡的人超多，還有桌子椅子可以坐，可以BBQ一下

早餐奇差無比，就是那種特別差的早飯，反正我吃了七天還是八天的早飯，也就也就一兩天能好一點，房間比較舊，然後反正設施是比較舊，畢竟是在老城區，
就唯一的好處就是酒店裡可以看到黃鶴樓在五樓觀景平台上，這個價格我感覺80%都是給這個景的
但是酒店的服務非常好，前台很熱情，打掃衞生的阿姨也很熱情

十一期間火爆，天天盯着這個酒店刷新才訂到，哈哈哈哈，果然很棒！位置很贊，躺在床上就能看黃鶴樓，觀景平台也可以看到，風景超棒！確實有火車經過，但是幾乎聽不出來，反正我們照吃照睡的不影響～

酒店地理位置很好，出行方便有兩個公交站一個地鐵站，大廳有熱心的指路牌，還有熱茶和糖果，還有醫葯箱，整體來説還是很不錯的，房間衞生乾淨，阿姨打掃衞生也很積極，六樓還有一個觀景平台可以看黃鶴樓，離景點，黃鶴樓互部巷，長江大橋曇華林糧道街都很近，值得推薦，是一個很不錯的選擇

酒店訂的景觀房，坐床上可以看黃鶴樓，很近很近。六樓有個觀景平台，確實拍照出片。因為是商業街範圍所以存車不方便，需要單獨去一個地方花45一天存車。這個房子最大的特點就是下樓就可以逛吃逛喝，然後再去江邊看看夜景，很方便！

房間裏就能看到黃鶴樓，酒店六樓有一個觀景平台也可以看黃鶴樓，離地鐵站也不遠，步行幾分鐘，很方便，附近吃飯也方便，去户部巷很近，帶娃出行很不錯

首先先説好的地方，酒店離黃鶴樓、户部巷、武昌站都很近~交通也很方便~門口幾百米有地鐵站公交站還可以在附近租哈囉電動車。酒店環境設施都中規中矩，3星級的設施是有的，乾淨衞生。6樓還有一個平台，和黃鶴樓合照棒棒噠！
不好的地方，前台服務員不太專業！第一天到了比較早，先不能拿房合理的，我説我在攜程備註了安排安靜點的房間，客服也回覆“酒店同意”，但前台説他看不到的，這是攜程的回覆不是酒店的回覆，酒店的系統沒有備註。那我説ok，那我現在那麼早過來跟你説一聲，到時安排一個安靜的房間就好了，前台又説沒得備註，也不確定能不能安排，有客人續住的話就不能安排了😓意思就是房間就是那樣子~住不住隨你？！態度真的不太友好，幸好後來給的房間還行，否則真的要投訴…另外一件事就是問前台現在長江輪渡開了沒，説開了，去到結果市沒開的😂天哪，請問是當地人嗎？坐前台這點旅遊常識都不更新？

在**刷到的這家店，看到説酒店六樓有個觀景平台，帶爸媽旅遊果斷定了這家店，整體來説還是不錯的，價格也合適，離曇華林糧道街互部巷黃鶴樓長江大橋都很近，出行也算方便酒店幾百米外有地鐵站，房間衞生也不錯的，設備什麼的都有，早起還看到了早上的陽光

前台服務熱情周到，方便購物酒店離景點也很近，出去遊玩非常方便，酒店附近打車也很方便，現在美女非常熱情，親切的問候，讓遠道而來的我覺得非常温馨，前台已準備好房價很快完成的入住手續，衞生間裏的洗漱用品也都是顏色的標準配置質量還可以，毛巾和浴巾也潔白乾凈，沒有任何的污漬淋浴時熱水出水速度較快，而且水量大，洗澡不會感到冷很舒適
