第一天住進去煙燻的人受不了，打電話前台換一個房間，他説所有的房間都是一樣的，那麼可以退房，要礦泉水，每個房間衹有2瓶，多一瓶沒有，説話態度惡劣！我感覺7天是不是換了老闆，在也不想住了，不是沒有辦法真的不想住這裏。

這是一個非常中肯的評價，是為了這個店的老闆好，也對之後的消費者負責。首先説優點，這個店雖然偏僻一點，但是交通還可以，到地鐵站與公交站七八分鐘。而且店門口有十多家餐館小吃店，以及便利店，這種吃的都有。因為是便捷連鎖酒店，所以毛巾浴巾，以及牙刷頭梳這些配備都齊全。房間環境也比較寬敞通風。最大的缺點是衞生沒有做，在這裏住了四天，根本沒有打掃，衹是幫我們垃圾扔掉一下。衹要一走進大堂的電梯，就可以看到橋箱四壁全部是白茫茫灰塵，可想這個酒店有多麼的懶散，老闆非常懶惰， 管理嚴重不規範。這是一個七天連鎖酒店，如此的管理，那麼心痛。希望 店老闆能夠看到這種評價， 好好整頓，讓自己生意興隆。

第一晚入住，晚上11點多停電了，天氣很熱，無法入睡，停電大概持續了半小時；
第二天中午1點多，正在休息，客房打掃續住衞生，敲門影響房客午休；
酒店電梯出口處有蜘蛛網；
酒店前台服務態度不好，對客人愛搭不理；
酒店牆壁可能因為受潮牆皮脱落。

整體環境不錯，後面就是小區樓盤，整體樓下的配套都不很方便。
房價非常便宜，房間寬敞，酒店衞生，洗手間也很乾凈，住的還算是可以的，比較舒心。

衞生：應該是上一位退房之後沒打掃，桌上都是黏糊糊的，也有可能是上上位退房之後沒打掃。衞生間也有污漬沒打掃那種。
設施：設施還行，就是吹風機沒有吹冷風，沒有吹冷風就算了，吹一分鐘就會過熱停掉，然後等半天，聯繫前台無果。
環境：隔音差，隔壁動靜都聽見了。。。
