The room offers everything you need. It has a comfy bed (I slept very well!), clean sheets, clean bathroom, etc. It is a few metro stops away from the downtown area. Overall, good stay.

帶寶寶去武漢玩選擇了這家酒店，酒店衞生差並且有蟲子，給寶寶臉上咬成這個樣子，大人身上也被咬了，再也不會選擇這家酒店

實在太差 這枕頭和手機一樣薄 直接給我睡落枕了 武漢這麼熱但房間裏巨潮 床單和被子摸三十秒手就能感覺到潮濕感 我們十二點才入住覺得客房部肯定下班了也就沒打電話讓給換 第二天一早果然我媳婦兒手被什麼不知名潮蟲咬了今天第二天了這包都下不去 見識少 沒見過這麼差的酒店

很少點評酒店，晚上接近十一點入住首先辦理手續時前台接待的普通話讓人無語，很多話都聽不懂，酒店雖然掛着四星的牌子但設施衹能算商務水平，床頭衹有一個後加的充電口且衹能充一部手機，地毯可能十幾年沒有清洗過了，這裏並不是我誇張，一進房間很大的味道，電視小的可憐看圖片自己判斷，所以如果是找家商務酒店的話這裏還勉強可以，但如果你是衝著四星的牌子來的那還是另選一家吧。

當初選擇他家是因為大床房的窗户透進來的陽光給吸引的，房間看起來很不錯，陽光好好，於是我選擇了他家
大堂還不錯，但看起來有些老舊了，房間的設施也一樣，不過很温馨，透過窗户還能看見不錯的景色，入住的時候要求安排安靜點的房間，所以整體入住體驗是很不錯的

服務：非常貼心。旅行途中男朋友生病了，詢問前台是否有温度計，立馬就派員工送上來了。酒店阿姨在十點多的時候會過來問是否需要洗衣服務，在我們出門後也會及時打掃衞生
環境：環境很好，附近就是地鐵站，商場離的也很近，醫院坐幾站就到了
設施：設施很齊全，我們的房間裝有小冰箱，貼心地準備了小零食和飲料，水也準備的很充裕，有四瓶
