The hotel has a lovely park/garden by the lake. Hotel is nice but a bit rundown. We checked in on Chris**as afternoon. In the evening we asked for juice for our kids... They said they have no juice! In the whole hotel!

The best Hotel 🏨 ever in Wuhan. The place is very Relaxing and suitable for any events . The Staffs are very professional, Friendly and helpful. This Hotel is highly recommended to anyone especially family vacation. I love this hotel. 10 out of 10 .

We were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do.

The hotel is beautiful, great service, good food, good facilities. Location is quite far from downtown. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool that, to my surprise, opened from 13:30 every day, so if you plan to have morning swims enjoying the sun forget about it.

I have stayed here many times on weekends. The hotel environment is good, the room is spacious and bright, and the service is good. There are many takeaways nearby. Although they cannot be delivered upstairs, there is a takeaway cabinet downstairs, which is convenient. It is very suitable for bringing children. There are many tourist projects in the package. The lawn outside is very suitable for picnics. The hotel swimming pool is great. I will continue to come in the future

I brought my kids here on May Day. There were a lot of people, so I checked in at around 1:00 p.m. The bed was big, and the room had a balcony with a nice view. The balcony had a screen door, which was great. There are many parent-child activities in the hotel, so you don't have to worry about having no place to play with your kids. Not far from the restaurant is Houguan Lake, which is very suitable for a walk. The air is really good. Good review!

There were a lot of people on May 5th, so we upgraded to a lake view suite. The hardware was very good, but many services could not keep up with the crowds. A good place for taking children out

Free upgrade to the Executive Lake View Double Balcony Suite, which is very big! The hotel is located in the suburbs, very remote. The hotel's internal environment is OK, with a large lawn and a children's playground, but the children's playground is not big and open to the public. People from the surrounding communities can also come to play, and the privacy is poor. The breakfast is not delicious, with too few choices. The service of the staff is quite good.

The hotel style was very good and clean. The front desk lady Peng Lina was very polite and took the initiative to greet me. She had a good service attitude and was very enthusiastic.
