剛入住電視遙控器就壞了，打前台電話也打不通，需要衞生服務也找不到人，空調不但不熱出風口還全是灰塵。一樓大廳環境很差，還是員工宿舍很臭，住了兩天都沒有無線網絡。

送孩子上學選的清和酒店，這家店在麗楓酒店隔壁，周邊環境很可以，不臨街，有停車場，住宿免停車費，旁邊有沃爾瑪超市，住在5樓，房間緊緻，但乾淨，房掃阿姨人很好，天天換浴巾床單，浴巾白白的，洗澡水壓給力，空調夠足，早餐一定要在這吃，有熱乾麪自助，酸奶，牛奶，粥，青菜，餃子，水果，雞蛋等菜式很多，真心攤薦！全五分！ 設施：全 衞生：好 環境：優 服務：棒

前台小姐姐服務特別好，聲音温柔又好聽，退房開發票還貼心的幫我裝好發票。 房間床品舒服，洗漱用品很齊全，我連續住了四晚，衞生也是每天都有人打掃，房間很乾凈整潔。 酒店位置離地鐵2號線楊家灣站D出口衹需步行10分鐘即可，沿路會經過五環天地的茶顏悦色，奈雪，星巴克，沃爾瑪。哈哈哈哈 酒店周圍環境非常安靜，早上窗外風景一覽無餘，陽光充足，晚上還能聽到蟬鳴，很舒服的入睡環境。 提個小建議：建議在淋浴間裝一個隱形晾衣繩，方便 晾衣服。

酒店誠信問題，6月3號晚上入住，6月4號晚上回房間發現快用完的護膚品被加滿了，顏色都不一樣，第一時間通知前枱，前台到房間取走護膚品，我表示因為護膚品餘下不多，我不追究責任，但希望他們正視問題，前台也表示明天房務部經理上班會再跟我聯繫。6月5號早上8點退房到現在三天過去了，完全沒有一句交代。作為款業，這樣的客戶服務管理真的有夠失敗。

離地鐵站有一些距離，酒店環境不錯，比較安靜。酒店早餐不錯👍
