This hotel is nice. Hotel staff is accommodating. My room got cleaned everyday. The good thing about this hotel it is nearby to IKEA and other activity like raising cart. Also there is hospital in the same building and nearby police station. It is safe location and environmental friendly.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful, buff my only problem was the room was not comfortable as I was put in a room where the windows opened to the AC vents outside. It was quite dusty and the AC vents inside was so wide someone could fit in it, and so I felt like someone could be peeping my whole stay. The breakfast was not it, I could only have boiled eggs 🤦🏽♀️

First: no integrity. Even if the room is reserved, it is first come, first served. There is no point in setting aside. It's called an upgrade, but in fact there is no room reserved. The double bed room is converted into a twin bed.
Second: weak service awareness. At eight o'clock in the morning, the waiter knocked on the door frantically, offering to deliver toothbrushes. When I questioned the service staff, she took out her phone and showed it to me. Look, the front desk said they would give me a toothbrush! When I asked the front desk, there was no apology. I just said lightly, oh, there was a mistake!
Third: Breakfast is extremely poor. A little porridge, eggs and fruit tomatoes were placed in a corner similar to the toilet. There was only one waiter, and the dishes were not replenished. I went down at 8:30 for two days and there was nothing to eat.
Fourth: The sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear the water running from the toilet in the next room, as well as the sounds of passers-by at the door.
Fifth: Security is extremely poor, and takeaways can be taken upstairs at any time. When looking at the room, the front desk directly gave us the master room card and let us see it ourselves. Very unsafe for families with children.

The air conditioner units in their hotel are next to the wall and a bit noisy. The front desk lady upgraded my room for free. The hotel environment is very good.
