The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a good stay.
But I have a small suggestion. I paid for the room with a bath but we were told the bath could not be used. Maybe it would be better to explain this in advance, or tell us during check-in. I would have just paid for the normal room and saved money.
Secondly, I paid for breakfast. Usually the staff during check-in will say the location and time of breakfast before we leave to find the room. At this hotel, no information was given and so me and my friend just guessed the correct time to eat. Therefore, I feel to make the hotel experience better, the staff could be more attentive to the customer and pay greater attention to details.

I went with my friend there and we had a pleasant stay. The district and neighborhood are beautiful and the location of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to the subway and it's very convenient to go anywhere. The staff is also polite and kind. The receptionists always smile and the cleaning ladies come to clean every day and are kind. The room is also good, comfortable and relaxing. The only bad thing would be the lighting as it's a little bit uncomfortable/a bit dark for doing make up for women but it's ok. Overall we are satisfied and had a good time!!

It is in the same building as the Four Seasons Hotel, and it should be owned by the same owner. The front desk helped me upgrade the room, but the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room cannot be opened, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
The advantage is the good location, quiet in the bustling area, and close to everywhere. You can request a quiet room when booking. In addition, there are no random people entering, so it is safe.

The hotel is in a good location, close to major shopping malls, with convenient parking. We are two families traveling together in Wuhan and booked two rooms. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The front desk service is also good, with a laundry room, robots, etc. At night, we asked for extra beds and quilts, which were delivered quickly. If we come to Wuhan next time, we will stay at this hotel again.

The cleaning was rather sloppy, with a lot of dust in the corners
