The decor is very beautiful and atmospheric! The whole building is filled with a faint fragrance, which is very European, worthy of the three words "Vienna"! Hahaha! There are convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, health clinics downstairs from the hotel. It is very convenient to meet all the needs of life. The room free water is very generous. What I don’t understand is why it is conditional to give more room cards 😅. Breakfast is ok! Vegetables, fruits, desserts, staple foods, and side dishes are all available, but they are not rich. 房間很大，電視操作要打電話問前台，網上顯示有窗户，但是是窗子外面一個房間還有個窗子，跟內窗房沒有任何區別，門窗就是內窗，還有窗户，有點欺騙人了，旁邊有個吃宵夜的，外面還有一些賣小吃的，停車方便。

酒店設施齊全，健身房洗衣房都有，環境也很好，之前住的有些酒店細節打掃的都不是很好，這次專門選了一個連鎖品牌房間很乾凈不愧是連鎖店，品質還是有保障的，前台接待人員很熱情，整個入住過程很愉快，房間物品擺放整齊wifi還很快，這點真的很重要。

出現了一個小插曲前台的小帥哥給錯了一個房卡給了一個卡打開裏面有入住，那裡面試一個大叔。如果是一對小情侶那就尷尬了😂，這很小的錯誤挺尷尬的。其他方面維也納酒店總體還算可以吧。

明明訂的是貴的大房間還多花錢換個小房間，並且其他網站比攜程便宜 進門感覺還可以，上樓，房間地面全是頭髮，根本不值這個價錢 ，真實評價，夜晚外面馬路有點吵，特別是快早上了，直接不能入睡，不知道怎麼推薦的……

洗澡沒有熱水，打了三次電話給前台，接電話的時候説的很好，馬上安排人來了解情況，但沒有任何回覆，更沒有人上房間來看是怎麼回事，就這樣，老婆小孩都沒洗澡，我沖了個冷水澡，第二天就感冒了，對他們的服務很失望，不會再住維也納。
