看着紐賓凱高大上進去的，沒想到進去嚇了一跳，還沒有我在別的地方住的公寓房好。

酒店總體來説還是不錯的，比較舒適，也比較容易找。唯一不足之處就是，我把東西掉酒店了，退房以後不到一小時我給酒店前台打電話，請他們發現東西幫忙保管，處理完事情以後再去拿。
等我去酒店取東西時，前台告知我，讓我找保潔阿姨，保潔阿姨説，整理房間時確實看見了東西，沒動，等着客人來拿。結果再去房間，東西不見了。
我和朋友就等着酒店技術人員幫忙調監控，結果在酒店等了兩個多小時，沒人來處理這件事情。後來我和朋友再一次回到居住樓層，依靠手機定位找到了我的東西。東西在阿姨工作的儲藏間裏面。因為趕時間，衹是跟前台告知了東西找到這件事。後面他們怎麼處理就不得而知了。

房間有味道也不是很乾凈就算了 晚上八點到的酒店 十一點半從床頭爬出來了這麼大一衹蟑螂 不肯退住宿錢 我不理解 這是酒店衞生問題吧 難道還能是我自己帶進去的蟑螂不退款嗎？

住過那麼多紐賓凱。。。這家設施環境都非常差。。。改成招待所或者賓館這個比較符合實際。。。
吐槽點：
1.服務落後，連拖鞋都要打電話才送。
2.前台服務意識差，來考試嘗試詢問時候可以延遲退房（實際上我沒延遲，有車隨時能出發，衹是下意識的會詢問），前台你給好評我就給你延遲，6，還能這樣“要挾”，我住過大大小小那麼多酒店，都是上趕這給我升房送早飯送延遲，問我滿意的話可以不可以給個好評。
3.早餐是我自己訂房時買的，想着周圍肯定沒早飯就買個唄，完全不值，早餐種類少，味道也就那樣。
