太差太差太差，重要的事情説三遍！大家可以看看我從2015年起使用攜程，住過的所有酒店，從來沒有一條差評，我自認為我的態度是很寬容的，但是這次忍無可忍，也算是提醒吧，我們訂了兩間含雙份早餐的房間，早餐是7點半到9點半。今天早上我們8點來鍾去用餐，結果我也上圖了，除了豆包啥也沒有了，豆包衹有皮是熱的，裏面拔涼！喝的全部是鐵皮見底，啥也沒有！就衹有一份麪條需要排隊等待，而且所有用過餐的桌子沒有一個收拾的，一片狼藉！換位思考，你遇到這樣的事糟不糟心？！
不過很感謝攜程的客服人員，很快幫我們處理好，將我們的早餐費用退了出來。感謝🙏，以後會持續信任攜程！

酒店離黃鶴樓不遠，開車15分鐘左右就到了。酒店衞生，環境都很好，在房間裏看外面的景觀很美。地庫有免費停車的地方

訂的豪華觀景房，寬敞明亮，晚上可以看到楊泗港長江大橋立交橋的夜景🌃🌃🌃，霓虹燈下的車流川流不息很是好看，可以盡情感受武漢這座大都市的繁華美景！窗簾有自動開關，酒店有機器人可以幫忙送外賣到房間！至今為止是我住過的維納斯里麪感覺最氣派豪華的一家維納斯，價格適中還想住的舒服享受的推薦！

被南湖校區那個維也納狠狠坑了……本來看到這家店的外觀心也涼了 沒想到一進來倒還好 這才是酒店啊…… 南湖校區那個維也納是什麼垃圾………
前台人很好 安全措施也到位 就是周邊沒啥吃的 比較偏一點
