Good customer service and response well to guest needs after feedback on the spolit chair. In time to advertise for event the guest are attending for the idol concert. It will nice if hotel have complimentary cake for guest birthday on the day check in.

看一個酒店，首先看他的服務。很晚到酒店服務人員馬上熱情地遞上了一杯熱茶，贈送了有歡迎水果。知道我要工作，特意幫我升級了一個有大桌子的房間。知道我第1次來還贈送了一份早餐；想要剪指甲，送來的指甲刀，質量非常好，可以剪得很乾凈。可謂是有求必應。
看酒店第二我就看他的早餐。這家早餐十分豐富可口。武漢的熱乾麪，武漢的藕湯足不出户就品嚐到了。水果新鮮，糕點。美味早餐的阿姨我向他多要點點湯多要一點肉都非常的熱情。餐廳佈置也非常的雅緻，有着大大的落地窗，微微的陽光照起來氛圍感十足。更難得的是沒有一點油煙味。
最後就看他的隔音，這個酒店非常的安靜，睡眠床品也優質，讓我安眠一晚。
離地鐵一步之遙，交通也便利，是看演唱會的不二選擇。

位置就在輕軌旁，很方便，去火車站打車也很近，周邊便利
店、超市、水果店選擇性很多，周邊餐飲小籠包餛燉、小龍蝦多種選擇，附近還有商場，整條街一應俱全。酒店環境乾淨衞生、自助餐多樣化且美味、機器人客房送物可愛且快捷，入住感體驗感很棒！前台都很可愛

房間衞生乾淨，早餐豐富，咖啡機是德龍的，咖啡豆也很好，香的很，還特意放了一瓶純牛奶在咖啡機邊上，細節滿滿，熱乾麪正宗好吃，水果新鮮，非常好。最重要的是早餐是免費贈送的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

設施：酒店大廳很乾凈 房間裏的設施也特別乾淨 很温馨 是我很喜歡的裝修風格
衞生：衞生真的很好很細節 馬桶旁邊還放了酒精濕巾 一次性拖鞋質量特別好很舒服 酒店把這些小細節都做的很棒
服務：前台的小姐姐也特別細心特別好 入住還送了小水果盤 細心的給我們解釋 免費給我們續時間續到下午兩點退房
總感覺很好很喜歡
