The hotel is excellent in their services, room is spacious and clean. Opposite the hotel is the food street, it is located very near to the famous 部户巷. Very convenient. Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge (武汉长江大挢 can be seen from the room.

酒店位置鬧中取靜，離户部巷隔一條街，到第一碼頭幾百米，走到黃鶴樓也就十多分鐘。住的行政江景套房，景色沒得説。樓裏有健身房和洗衣房，挺乾淨的。但是，既然是行政套房，大概率客人要在此簡單辦公和會客。因此辦公用品和會客區就很重要了，但這兩個環節實在不合格。沙發是布面的，上面不少污漬，還掛着頭髮和毛絮。地毯也是污跡斑斑，估計很久沒洗了。書桌上找不到筆，膠帶，曲別針這類常見文具。關鍵是沒有枱燈，電源在桌子底下，也衹有一個口，沒有usb，根本不夠用。建議酒店，經常清理一下沙發和地毯，或者就不用布草，換成竹木的，或者用沙發套。辦公用品和枱燈一定要有的，這是行政房型，客人回到酒店晚上可能還要辦公，書桌附近多開幾個電源，usb也行。總體評價中規中矩，可惜了這麼好的環境和位置。客房達不到四星水平。

設施：不算很新的，但是基本齊全，早餐種類不是很多，但是武漢特色的熱乾麪豆皮都有的
衞生：我們住了兩天，每天會有人打掃，比較放心
環境：酒店挺大的，周邊環境不錯，出門往右走五分鐘就是長江邊，到黃鶴樓差不多10分鐘吧
服務：服務態度還可以，基本都能及時解決

位置非常好，就在户部巷隔壁，周邊景點都可以走路到達，美中不足，我訂的豪華間居然不是面向黃鶴樓的，被告知，普通間才能在房間看見黃鶴樓夜景，應該做個説明

圖片真實。確實比較近黃鶴樓，户部巷，糧道街。去長江大橋也近。叫外賣也很方便。旁邊就有不少的有教育意義的博物館，可惜留武漢的時間不多，沒有能去看看。
設施：就是排水有一點點那個，其他都沒有什麼問題？總體還是算挺好的。
衞生：乾淨，無異味，每天有打掃
環境：不錯
服務：好，有禮貌，能及時跟進。
如果下次來，還是會選擇這個酒店。

評價服務差和設施差是因為當天晚上準備洗澡才發現他們浴室裏沒有可以放乾衣物的地方，浴室空間小，衣物放裏面洗澡時會被淋濕。電話諮詢前台他們説所有房間都是這樣，設計的時候就沒有可以放衣物的地方，人衹能光着進去光着出來，在房間裏穿脱衣服而不是浴室裏，值班經理説會送點水果給我也會第二天和領導商量一下怎麼解決，然後直到現在也沒有收到他們的任何聯繫和回覆。

入住很快，和前台提了以後換了一間夜景比較美的房間。大堂環境不錯，寬敞整潔，進入房間後有些氣味，後面稍稍好些。洗手枱漏水，聯繫了前台，很快就來處理修好了。位置非常好，在中華路上，離黃鶴樓以及糧道街都衹有一千米左右的距離，走路十分鐘左右到。總體體驗不錯，但也有覺得不足之處。比如紙巾沒有續上，洗浴間沒有頂部花灑。

設施:非常好，房間配備齊全，窗外風景優美，可以看到長江大橋，龜山電視塔，景觀大床房，落地窗夜景很不錯。
衞生:室內衞生很贊，床單被單沒有異味，整體感覺很舒服。
環境:位置非常優越，離黃鶴樓和碼頭都非常近，還有户部巷也在附近景點非常集中，但晚上睡覺很安靜，鬧中取靜。
服務:前台服務熱情，辦入住和退房都超級快，不用等待，禮貌熱情！
