位置優越：酒店位於東湖和歡樂谷景區附近，交通便利，周邊餐飲、購物都很方便，打車或地鐵都很容易。
服務貼心：前台工作人員熱情專業，入住和退房流程高效。
房間整潔：衞生條件一流，床品舒適，浴室乾淨，設施齊全。

旁邊有個類似於食堂的，裏面吃的東西很多，而且不貴，男朋友吃了四頓的熱乾麪，他説衹有這種小地方才是正宗的，可以買的也特別多。就是真的非常方便，離地鐵站也近。唯一不足的就是我那個房間正對不知道是垃圾場還是什麼的，就是吃東西有點膈應……總之還可以，值得推薦

出差武漢市這邊，還是住這家酒店，碰巧的是這次住的房間還是上次的那個房間，睡不了高枕頭，服務員送來低一點的枕頭，服務態度好。

朋友讓我們住這家酒店，説這離他家近，來了後，衞生間發黃，不乾淨的都不説了，最令人生氣的是，由於來武漢旅遊前一天太累了，第二天起的有點遲，十一點半多前台打電話説12點要準時退房，我們就説能不能稍微遲點，我們立即收拾12點半前退，前台説不行，超一分鐘就要20元，而且態度又差，最後實在沒辦法下去補了20元，還兩百大幾一晚的房費，就沒見過吃相這麼難看的酒店

延遲退房1h25，已經交錢登記了第二天又有客服打電話問，沒預訂訊息嗎？
為什麼在其他ht都有延遲退房在這就沒有啊，都定了這麼多次了，房間也小，還説什麼在攜程**訂的沒有延遲退房，為那麼點錢值得嗎？無語，住了這麼多次ht，最最最差的一次體驗

將近400的酒店，太差了，牆很臟，床墊很硬，非常無語，第二天果斷換了一家，同是國慶期間，差不多的價位和地段，別家比這個好太多，不推薦，避雷。
