I really don't want to give a bad review, but I traveled with two 70-year-old people and there was no air conditioning in the room. We opened the window and turned on the fan, but were woken up by the construction at 5 a.m. The stay experience was really bad. Our family of three arrived at the hotel at around 7pm and stayed in the twin room 2108 on the executive floor. As an old five-star hotel, the decoration is still very old from 20 years ago, but objectively speaking, the materials used are still very exquisite. I never expected that the central air-conditioning in the room would not cool. After taking two elders to take a shower and prepare for bed, it was almost 12 o'clock and it was too hot to bear. I called the front desk and the staff came to inform me. The engineering team informed us that the air-conditioning was under maintenance, so they brought us an electric fan and asked us to open the window and use the electric fan at night. I thought there was a problem with the central air conditioning in the entire building. I thought it couldn't be solved in a short time, so I had to put up with it. It was bearable to open the window and use the electric fan at night, but there was subway construction going on below the hotel, and the rumbling sound of piling woke up our family of three before 5:30 in the morning. Our whole family had to go downstairs early to have breakfast with sleepy eyes. We asked other guests in the elevator and found out that the air conditioning in their standard rooms was working well and they still needed to wear long coats. When we got to the restaurant and asked the waiter, he said that there was no problem with the air conditioning in the entire building, and only our room had a problem. From the beginning to the end, the front desk and staff knew that the air conditioning in our room was not cooling, but they didn't even change our room. Instead, they gave us a fan and asked us to sleep with the window open. Next to us was a subway construction site that was under construction since early morning. I would feel guilty if I didn't give a bad review for this kind of service. I booked the nearest hotel because I was visiting my elders. The executive suite has an extended check-out time of 6 o'clock. But this hotel should be reserved for company meetings and trainings. Don’t book it for personal travel. You will regret it if you don’t sleep well.

This hotel should not have five stars, at most three stars, it is a very old hotel, the decoration is outdated, don't step into the trap

The location is excellent, located in the Zhongnan business district. The room is clean and tidy, especially the floor-to-ceiling glass facing Snake Mountain and Yellow Crane Tower. Rich breakfast, attentive service, and convenient parking right in front of the hotel. I will stay in this room next time I have the chance.

The first thing to consider when choosing this hotel is the location. There are subways and buses nearby, making it very convenient to visit places. Secondly, there was a faint fragrance of gardenia as soon as I entered the hotel. It smelled so good. I mentioned that the lady at the front desk took the initiative to give me a bottle. I really liked it. Check-in was also very fast, the service was smiling, friendly and warm, and the fatigue of the journey was eliminated. The aunt who cleans the guest room is also very considerate. She arranges them one by one and writes small cards, so meticulous! The waiters all took the initiative to say hello and helped me store my luggage. Their service was very professional. I give them a thumbs up!
