房間寬敞，適合4-6人家庭居住，性價比很高。位置方便，對面就是有名的餐館。總之，超讚

入住前反覆交待衞生問題，但是馬桶蓋子和坐墊上都有腳印，床頭軟包掉落，電視機遙控器灰好多，地板也沒有拖，感覺衹換了個床單，全屋設計感還挺強，但是老舊。主要是從頭到尾衹見到一個老奶奶房東，所以沒有找她理論，將就住了，是裏景區最近的民宿，對面就是醉香隆。

説實話，這個別墅有點翻車，別墅裝潢比較粗糙，甚至有點顯破舊，最關鍵的是房間有蟑螂，快爬到床上的那種，早飯有點簡陋，泡飯油條

這個房子的優缺點都很明顯。優點：基本上是離東湖櫻花園最近的民宿了，步行78分鐘直達，旁邊緊挨着大李民俗村，白天逛逛很安靜，還可以步行去植物園。旁邊好幾家吃飯的地方，整個度假村很有大理的氣息。地理位置確實是絕佳！
缺點：服務基本沒有。第一天去的早上加了管家微信問怎麼入住沒有人告訴，到了地方屋裡一個人沒有，打微信語音會掛斷，我還是打的門上貼的電話，告訴我到旁邊小賣店辦入住。小賣店又給管家打電話説之前沒人通知他有人入住。晚上管家敲門問，説第二天早上八點要裝修，要持續兩三個小時，還説你們反正都要出去玩的，確實是恰好趕上我們一大早出去玩，第二天那個噪音根本沒法休息。我跟管家商量想延遲退房，也是不情不願一句話都不願意多説，交延遲費我可以理解，但真的是服務態度更重要啊！我一早上出門，就有一個大媽大聲的問我：你們十點必須要退房哦！就算正常也是十二點吧，總不能因為旅遊旺季就趕人吧！我説我跟管家已經説了，她一臉懵，你們內部都不溝通的嗎？等到我下午三點半正式走，看到我又説了一聲：你怎麼才退房哦！真的破壞心情。

民宿位於被東湖景區圍繞，出門右拐就是植物園，左拐可以去東湖櫻花園和東湖綠道，周圍是名為大李村的旅遊村落，大李村大部分房屋都被改造為各式各樣的民宿和酒吧，晚上在附近逛逛也別有一番風味。房間收拾得比較乾淨整潔，被褥等床上用品都比較乾淨，沒有異味，污漬。唯一的缺點是沒有配套一次性一次性洗浴用品，有毛巾浴巾，但是沒有牙刷牙膏這些。

這間民宿非常好，地理位置絕佳，離東湖綠道，櫻花園、植物園、磨山公園走路衹需要五分鐘，周邊吃的也很多，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度也特別熱情，強烈推薦

很不錯 就是房間不隔音 有點小 總體很乾凈 很舒適 樓下就是便利店 附近也有很多美食風景區 非常方便 下次還會來體驗一下其他的房間 挺好
