房間什麼的都挺好的 設施都很齊全 但是離地鐵站比較遠 而且位置偏僻 不好找

床品衞生：靠門的那間房間被套床單是泛黃色的，所以我們都沒敢睡那邊，變成了五個人勉勉強強擠兩個房間。再加上有一個房間被套上有毛髮，懷疑沒換過，或者沒洗乾淨，最後都套上了一次性被套和床單，建議大家要住的一定要帶啊。
其他設施的情況：餐桌上的布有一股油煙味，很臭，房間裏的東西都應該拿去洗一下吧。一開始都沒發現，然後才注意到是那個布條散發出來的味道。浴室花灑也有點壞，但不是大問題。
房間總體評價：衞生狀況一言難盡，房間有一點異味，所有的沙發桌子等等方面保潔打掃不細緻，房間需要多開窗通風啊，否則異味都會散不出去。麻煩多注重檢查一下床品衞生吧！

其實，房子還是不錯的，除了沙發，其它衞生都還可以，尤其是床品，酒店白色同款，很整潔。小區環境也不錯，停車方便。
不過，這是我湖北全程，唯一一處要收按金的住宿，且入住前，會提各種要求，比如床單臟了要扣費，比如用了廚房的煤氣要扣費，比如用了房間的食物（方便麪飲料等）要付費，比如臨走時要帶走垃圾。臨走前要和房東確認之後才能離開，等等……
其實，很多事情，你不提，我也知道。但提了，就會不舒服。當然，醜話説在前面並沒有錯，但就是不太舒服，尤其是還必須付按金。

雖然離鐵路近，實際上很安靜，離幾個景點和必吃榜都比較近，雖然到地鐵衹有幾百米，夏天還是建議打車，太熱
