First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious.
Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill.
Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options.
Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel will be my to go hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. It was a smooth check in at the reception area. The male staff speaks English and very polite and accommodating. I was put on a non smoking floor, which I requested upon booking. The room large and very comfortable to stay in. Over all rating: 5 stars👍 Thank you.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to a plethora of bars and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and so was Xiao Xing the robot who can bring snacks and beer to your door. I would come back here.

We stay for 2 days at the hotel. And our overall experience was good . The hotel has been around for sometime in the heart of wuhan business district well located .
It has a gym swimming pool ( which was under renovation) a small playground in there restaurant and a chinese and western restaurant.
We expressed our disappointment that the pool was closed but the staff came to apologize in person treated us with complementary fruits and a free upgrade + late check out.
We were pleased about the adequate apologies and all staff during our stay was friendly.
We look forward to come back
