衞生呢就一般，配套的紙巾質量不好（可以改善）。位置坐地鐵方便，走8分鐘就能到4號線岳家嘴D出口，小區環境也不錯，小區過馬路對面有個大型超市，吃的買的都方便。公寓管家服務也不錯，還免費給我們放行李到下午四點半。總體性價比算可以的。

忘了拍照了。這個民宿就在自家小區，五一期間家人來武漢玩，正好搜到小區就有民宿，於是果斷訂了兩天。説實話，小區物業很負責任，環境也很好，周圍交通方便，吃飯的餐館也很多。如果來徐東大街，武昌區，東湖附近遊玩，強烈推薦在這裏住。
