I came here to play happily. This hotel is really impressive. Even if there are cute little animals (geckos), I thought it was ecologically good. However, the air conditioner did not cool down in the middle of the night. I woke up from the heat and was covered in sweat. This was also the first time I encountered it. I called the front desk in the evening and they just told me and asked us to wait because there were children living with us. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the indoor temperature was still 29 degrees. I called the front desk again and had no choice but to call someone. Someone came over, restarted it with us, and asked us to wait again. It took almost 40 minutes for the temperature to drop by 1 degree. Because we were too tired from playing during the day, we went to bed. When we checked out the next day, we were indifferent to the receptionist's response. No explanation or apology at all. This experience was very bad. I will not come again.

酒店在灄水河邊，河景房風景很好，裝修和設施偏舊，早餐品種少，不過量大。服務員感覺缺乏培訓，前台辦理入住時問這個季節哪裡好玩，回答竟然是沒什麼好玩的地方，你一家開在木蘭旅遊區域內的大酒店都不會推介自己，真的好無語。
