房間基礎設施很差，緊挨着馬路，噪聲大，幾乎徹夜難眠。空調機老舊，聲音堪比拖拉機。淋浴設施壞的，下水不暢，台下盆也漏水，衞生間頭天晚上的地面積水，第二天早上還在。洗漱枱麪污跡斑斑，看着想吐。早上逃離似的退房，一分鐘都不想多待。更驚人的是在床上發現一具壓扁的蟑螂屍體。補充：標準間 床頭就一個插座！地毯牆布都看起來不乾淨！

衞生：較乾淨。
環境：在華中科技大學校園內，逛校園比較方便。離黃鶴樓等景點也都不遠，出門方便。
服務：還可以。

入住八號樓商務間，房間朝向喻園。設施略顯陳舊，衞生不錯，服務員隨叫隨到，就餐也很方便。白天晚上很安靜，不影響休息。近地鐵，近磨山東湖旅遊區，進出學校也很方便。

選的是別墅雙床房，就是一棟別墅，各樓層分別設定了不同類型的房間，很方便！條件不豪華，滿足基本需求沒問題！

房間大小合適，衞生條件一般，不過服務員態度很好，比如換被套，送鑰匙，都很熱心，這一塊很滿意。設施不夠齊全，比如電視機看不了，無電源。
