第一次入住，是朋友推薦的這裏，體驗感挺好的，前台很有禮貌態度非常好，房間乾淨舒適，洗漱用品都十分齊全，熱水來的也快器材設施比較新調温度很方便，酒店交通也很好停車也方便，值得推薦！

對於週末控價的酒店，真的服氣，江夏屬於武漢較為偏遠的地方了，平常100多-200多的可以直接把房價提到4-500，也是很服氣的。提價可以，對應的服務也需要跟上吧！就挺無語，沒有針對哪家，就單純的想吐槽。
入住的這個酒店，當天朋友去的特別晚，差不多凌晨，後面也不知道是怎麼給辦的入住，第二天居然在酒店前台找不着房號，因為房間差不多都滿了，酒店服務人員帶着朋友一間房一間房去敲門，最後才知道住的哪個房間，也是很服氣的，yyds！！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，採光也好，入住還送了兩瓶礦泉水，衞生間設施什麼的都挺好的，熱水來的快，東西都比較齊全，水温舒適。房間床挺大的，酒店風格不錯

性價比很高，房間採光很好住着很舒服，服務簡直太棒了前台小哥哥小姐姐超級熱情還幫我們保管了行李，附近逛街吃飯都比較方便，訂外賣也很方便，下次來還選這家。

第一次住這麼好的酒店，整體體驗非常愉快，酒店的地理位置很好 旁邊就是新世紀公園和國際廣場，可以拍拍照，酒店環境很好住起來舒適，設施比較智能，很好！

這家酒店非常糟糕，剛入住中央空調壞了，維修的人半天才來，在房間裏面凍的熱熱發抖。酒店打掃，不給換拖鞋，單獨要求才給送過來，毛巾也沒換，房間沒電話是壞的，酒店衞生差勁，看圖，連鏡子都是破的，然後今天和前台説酒店的問題，前台説你跟我們説這些也沒用，我們也管不了，連意見都不讓你反饋，完全沒有哪怕一點職業精神，我問你的姓名或工牌是多少，前台説沒有工牌，姓名也不告訴，你投訴就直接投訴説是前台就行，像是哪來的***，態度跋扈囂張。

平時出差都住華住旗下的酒店，這次住的星程，感覺很不錯，房間乾淨，床軟得像朵雲，躺下就不想動了。前台服務員態度好，有求必應，笑得跟花兒一樣。並且早餐品種豐富，味道也贊，他們家主打的麪也很不錯，下次來還得選這兒。
