我今早退房，6.15分到的前台！叫了這個人三次！就是不起來！還應了我，就是不起來。我這退房真是無奈，我還趕時間走！你説你起不來你收個什麼按金？我把房卡放他枱子上，尋思他醒了聯繫我退按金。好傢伙到了下午14點照樣沒聯繫你！你説你這樣你收哪門子按金。大家還是避坑吧！真讓人無語的店。
