這家絕對差的顛覆你的想象。臟，很臟。礄口，王家灣，經開萬達，都住過，沒見這麼差的。淋浴花灑水垢到處都是，淋浴花灑下面既是浴缸，泛黃的水垢。我孩子洗完澡，浴缸水就堵了。打了前台電話，上來一位大叔，敲門氣沖沖進來。我攔住了，我問他：你是幹嘛的？你沒有工牌？沒有工服？不換鞋就要進去幹啥？不用跟我們做溝通嗎？我問你們維也納服務態度現在已經不屑於到這種程度了？這副態度？他拉着臉説他是工作人員，問我要不要修，態度極其浮躁，我不是孩子要睡覺，就懶得讓他修了，退房的心都有了。師傅直接進衞生間，把地上墊子隨手一拿扔進浴缸，兩下子把塞子吸出來。這麼嫻熟，看來經常被堵。馬桶特別臟，差極了特別噁心！有照片。地毯，全是碎屑，頭髮，餅乾碎屑。説實在的，要不是孩子累了困了，肯定要換。這裏前台跟其他店鋪一樣，服務還行。維也納給我印象一直都是乾淨便捷。這一家真是臟亂差，沒規矩，硬件設施，衞生極差！！！

房間挺大的， 衞生：環境還是乾淨衞生的，不錯。 服務：服務態度挺好的。 設施：設施都算齊全吧， 環境：酒店位於天橋底，環境一般吧。有免費停車的地方。

剛進去就覺得酒店大堂很香，前台姐姐的服務也非常熱心，裏面設施雖然看起來有些年代了但是還是很乾凈的，床睡得也很舒服，而且酒店正對面就是湖北省公安廳，女生一個人住真的很安心！

房間挺舒服，枕頭很軟，被子一般。服務態度很好。但是房間裏一般的燈是壞的，連枱燈也是壞的，這一點不太行，浴室的淋浴設施也是，特別不好用。隔音效果有待加強，晚上一直可以聽到外面進出房門和走廊上吱呀吱呀的聲音，周圍也一直有車聲。
