The hotel was very convenient as it was just a short walk to Hankou railway station. The staff at the check in desk were very helpful as they helped us get the takeaway address and add more nights to our stay.

This is the exterior window room. It kept me noisy all night. The front desk was not professional enough. I couldn’t tell where the location was. Even if you are new here, you should know the location of your hotel. If you don’t know how to upgrade, don’t upgrade. I was asked to do so. I paid extra for a promotion and then got a free upgrade. The upgraded room had a lot to do with how noisy it was at night. I emphasized that I didn't need to upgrade, but the front desk still upgraded. And is this a room with an outside window?
