Although he didn’t speak English, he quickly added me on WeChat to make communication smoother—very thoughtful and responsive. The security guard was also kind and went out of his way to help me with Chinese addresses when I needed directions. 🏢 Facilities: The only minor downside was the elevator, which could be a bit slow at times.
