Very good hotel. Two bottles of mineral water were given upon check-in. The room is large, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk service is very good. They gave a lot of things, including mineral water. The hotel can also project the screen, which is very cool for watching Station B. The decoration is relatively new. There is a self-service laundry room where you can get your own laundry detergent. The shower gel and shampoo provided are quite nice. There is also a simultaneous sale downstairs, which is quite artistic. There are tea and tea sets, although I didn't drink them haha. There is also a good night book and a postcard from the hotel. 設施很齊全，孩子的拖着，小童牙刷牙膏都有，空間寬敞明亮，有窗户，周邊吃飯方便，服務有送餐送東西的機器人，客服小姐姐nice早餐供應品種很多，熱乾麪很好吃，床品衞生乾淨，浴室熱水供應充足。整體體驗感很不錯

來武漢旅遊選擇了全季酒店，我覺得各方面真的很舒服，前台也非常熱心，需要水的時候都非常大方的給予，也及時提醒武漢天氣多變，這讓我的旅遊充滿了愉悦。下次來武漢還會再次選擇！ 設施：棒 衞生：乾淨 環境：居民區，安靜，但交通有點不便利，離地鐵站有點遠 服務：好，有問必答

第一次入住全季，整體感覺很舒適，入住的是8719房，沒想到房間空間蠻大的，很舒適，衞生和服務都很好，前台姐姐每次出門都會問需不需要水，阿姨也會很快情理好房間，叫外賣有機器人送上門安全又方便，但就有幾點需要提高，1.早餐：味道一般，款式不多比較單一，畢竟武漢的過早是全國出名的；2.房間設施比較缺陷，沒有冰箱，沒有浴袍，插頭非常少，書桌上都沒有插頭，兩人用電腦衹有一台夠插椅子下的插頭，3.空調風能吹到床上，晚上躺在床上都能感覺到很大風，但空調風已調最小，這樣很容易吹感冒，出於無奈衹能塞毛巾擋風；4.無論餐廳還是客房的紙巾盒最好統一換吧，實在太不好用了，一般都會卡蓋拿起，結果能把一整盒紙巾掉地上，蓋與盒子完全吸不穩，盒子又重，掉下來很容易砸到腳，希望以上稍微改善。

前台服務有求必應態度很好，需要打印和熱吃的時候也非常耐心幫忙。我訂的商務大床挺寬敞的，衞生也乾乾淨淨的。餐廳自助餐也非常好吃。下次來玩還會訂全季~
