服務：工號005前台服務態度差，升不升級無所謂，需求是同樓層的房間，告知無，後問是否能升級安排同樓層給好評才給安排，但安排了一個尾房
衞生：拿起電話上面就有毛髮，房間煙味極重，鼻塞的都不怎麼出氣都能非常明顯的聞到煙味，地毯上還有未清理的煙灰、很多，桌面上還有油漬，衞生極差
設施：設施老舊，換房後到高架橋這邊的房間，隔音太差，換房時，工作人員並無表達歉意，後來發現換房後我的早餐券也未給到我，房間信號差，在衞生間信號衹有一格
環境：補充：朋友房間也是同樣狀況，地上還有未清理的檳榔？？？？這麼大？？？？看不見？？？？房間到處都是毛髮？？？？提醒去清理，半小時都沒人去。這個衞生條件極差！住維也納最惱火的一次。不匿名。

房間很乾凈，店員服務態度很好很熱情，地理位置很好，打車很方便，附近吃的也多，臨近地鐵站交通便利，旁邊就是公園，還有湖泊，環境優美。
