1. 人生第一次遇到酒店停電的，早上醒來，一片黢黑，也沒有任何服務員告知情況。住在9樓，也不敢出去，怕出去了，門刷不開了。差不多有一個小時，體驗很不好！退房時，服務員也沒有任何致歉，裝作不知道。沒想過要什麼補償，但是這個無視的態度令人真不爽，好歹説聲抱歉吧
2.停電出現時，本人剛好又看了自己的訂單，原來還有兩份早餐，然而酒店完全遺漏了，沒有給到早餐券，服務再好好培訓下吧

麗橙酒店確實很不錯，從入住到退房，服務都是以客人的需求為中心，提供個性化的服務，確保每一個細節都無可挑剔。誇一誇小鄢服務，很熱情，因為衞生間感應燈的問題很快的幫忙解決了，主動聯繫我告知了事情處理的結果，以及後期的服務追蹤都很不錯。來不及回去退房也幫忙延遲了退房時間，這次入住體驗拉滿！

入住體驗真的超乎我想象，位置離光谷廣場很近，到哪都很方便。主要是服務人員大白真的超級有禮貌，熱情，讓我感到很温馨。房間大小也合適，基礎設施都有，沒有可以吐槽的點，酒店的景田礦泉水也是免費拿的，渴了可以自取，很值得的一次旅行。下次來武漢還住這裏!

房間挺大的，前台服務也很不錯，早餐也可以，住了兩天，第二天出門看見客房大姐叫931房間打掃床單被罩換一下，大姐還反覆問了我好幾次你昨天住進來了的今天床單被罩還要換嗎，給她説了兩遍説不通想着去給前台説，走過拐角還聽見在説才住了一天還要換什麼什麼的，我不喜歡點別人差評，但是遇見這種問題還是有必要説出來
