I stayed here last year and it was pretty good. This time my family came to Wuhan and chose to stay here
1. The transportation is very convenient, not far from the subway station
2. The service attitude is very good
3. Few breakfast options
4. The sound insulation is very poor. The sound of the robot delivering food outside can be heard clearly in the room. At night, the sound of water falling above disturbs rest.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, and this time was the worst experience, no doubt about it.
We originally booked room 1037, but after being inside for almost half an hour, the air conditioning was not cooling at all and the temperature displayed was 30 degrees. It was impossible to sleep in such a hot day. Later they helped to move us to room 1039. The air conditioning still didn't work and the temperature was still close to 30 degrees. The front desk was ok and sent us an electric fan, but the quilt was so thick that the fan didn't work very well. I woke up several times throughout the night and had to take several showers before I could barely make it to dawn. Really bad review! ! !
