There are many breakfast restaurants downstairs, and there are also many late night snack options. The decoration is old, but hygienic. The facilities are not complimentary. From the day of check-in, the room card could not be used to enter the door. I changed four cards for three consecutive days and could not enter the door. They said it would be no problem every time, but I waited at the door every day and didn't change rooms until the third day. The experience is really bad!

Hygiene: Cleanliness is not expected at all. There are hairs from previous passengers in the bathroom and on the desk. The leftover shampoo and other items have not been disposed of. The room is poorly ventilated and has a musty smell. It should be the worst Vienna hotel I have ever stayed in.

This is my first bad review. The soundproofing of the hotel is so bad. It was so noisy that I woke up at 3 a.m. and was bitten by bugs. . . . A big bag on the waist. Bad review, bad review, environment and hygiene are not up to par.

房間一般，當班人員服務態度差，未進店前準備打電話諮詢停車場事宜，打了兩個號碼多次均無人接聽，後到前台等待辦理入住，發現電話響了，前台人員也不接，或者過了很久才接，而且接之前還“嘖”一聲，很不耐煩，咱就説工作不開心的話，可以換，對吧？
第二天9點未到（早餐9點結束），餐廳裏什麼都沒有了！每天入住率你們自己不清楚嗎，住這酒店的我想大部分是為了離極地海洋公園路途近吧，節後旅遊旺季，住多少人沒數？？還是説不願意含早呢？？
