This store was an unexpected one that I found in the early morning. When I asked the front desk how much it was, they said 270+ and 250+ after the discount. I said I would book it on this APP because it was ten yuan cheaper. He said ok, and everything was relatively normal until we entered the store. Within ten minutes, another friend of mine came to the lobby and heard the front desk complaining to another staff member about this, saying that I had already made the reservation but still came to ask him about the price, and in the end it was cheaper online. Isn’t this the quality of the front desk staff at all hotels in Wuhan now? Don't even wait until the guests leave to gossip? What’s wrong with ten dollars? If you think ten dollars is too little, just pay me. If you have the guts, tell your boss not to place online orders. In addition, the voltage in the guest room is very unstable. When the hair dryer is turned on, all the lights start flashing wildly. I took a video, but it was not uploaded until five seconds later. There were no disposable water cups, and there was only one two-hole socket in the middle of the double beds, and no sockets on either side of the beds. The most disgusting thing is the front desk, which really makes people speechless.

The hotel has installed micro cameras and the store did not contact or apologize after the guest reported the incident! Look at the dust on this equipment. Do you check it regularly? Can this be a service industry? Let alone daily services, they couldn't even discover such a serious problem themselves. It's been three days and they still haven't made an apology call. Who can believe the authenticity of the ratings and your messages? You can say that you have made corrections, but how many people will believe you? I believe that even if there are guests staying in the future, there will be many who will supervise you, and there should be feedback on the platform and other places!

The second time I made a reservation, it was an old hotel. I personally felt that the facilities could be upgraded, such as TVs and so on. I felt that the only difference between the hotel and the New Hanting was in terms of electronic facilities. In the surrounding area, you can go shopping on Holland Street and so on. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway, but there seems to be shared electric vehicles nearby, and overall it's cost-effective.
