過年來住一天，別墅式酒店，房間比較大，有客廳，暖氣足，設施乾淨，在東湖湖邊，景色非常好，有湖有景，心曠神怡，早餐不太豐富，周邊餐飲不太豐富

服務上沒什麼特別挑剔的..位置很好..停車方便..直接在景區裏面..白天人多..晚上清靜.餐點都做的很講究.早餐簡潔.但你所提的要求都會很快響應。價格也合理，房間比較舒適，設計合理，房間空調暖氣都有冬天也舒適。要説缺點..我個人覺得房間贈飲太少.景區裏買水本來就麻煩尤其是晚上很不方便。安全感很好很晚快轉鍾逛回還有保安在酒店巡視。

早餐還好，看起來品種較少，實際上可以高速服務員現做，推薦牛肉米粉，煎雞蛋。

武漢湖濱客舍地處武漢市東湖公園前，鄰湖而處，攬東湖美景，環境優美，酒店設施齊全，衞生良好，可惜近期公園裝修，美景不再。

整體體驗不好，希望大家認真看差評，我也是信了周邊環境好，但其實周邊也不怎麼樣，一出門就是東湖，湖水很臟，氣味不好。
有的套房也是衹能看見一丟丟湖，有的套房陽台衹能看見餐廳喝酒的人。
陽枱燈也壞了，浴室下水積水嚴重，樓棟裏黴味很大，設施維護的很不好，床頭積灰，浴缸破損居然露出生銹的鋼筋。
早餐種類非常…非常少，不如三百快的快捷連鎖，豆皮被蠟燭加熱得硬邦邦的，簡直驚呆了。服務員也説了他們主要是做餐飲，那麼酒店這麼勉強就別開麼。
服務人員各方面倒是還比較周到。

體驗感極差，1.早上7點居然有打樁的 還在房間正旁邊 還是週末，吵了一上午沒停過 做為這個價位的酒店居然沒有提前預料並告知客人且安排較遠的房間，我主動打到前台詢問 工作人員衹解釋説並不知道第二天要修路 抱歉 然後也沒采取換房或者其他的措施；2.停車場要修沒有放置告示牌 大清早的要我自己下去挪車；3房間居然沒有空調 衹有一個壁暖；洗澡水温極難調；5早餐衹有熱乾麪 牛肉粉 雞蛋 還巨難吃

優點：環境是真不錯，就在東湖景區內。離湖邊也就50米，周圍有幾個景點。步行7、8分鐘就能到去磨山的碼頭。服務的小哥哥小姐姐們態度很好。酒店門口就有停車場，淡季去的人不是很多。缺點：設施稍微有點舊了，早點也不算豐富。
